Your pelvic floor muscles and abdominal muscles were heavily used during your pregnancy and labour. Six to eight weeks postnatally (after your baby's birth), you can start to train them again.

 

With postnatal exercises, we will help you to discover your body again and fill it with new strengh. The costs of this course are fully paid by your health insurance, if you start taking the course within the first four month after giving birth and finish the course not later than nine month after your baby's birth.

 

You are more than welcome to bring your baby to the course.
